    After-hours leak call-out

Weekdays to 5pm, a genuine leak we then quote has no call-out. After 5pm, weekends and public holidays, the fee is named on the phone before anyone rolls. If we find it and you book the repair, that fee comes off the quote.

  • $150–$250

    Annual roof check

A two-hour window. We walk the roof, photograph the ridges, valleys and flashings, and leave a written note of what can wait and what cannot. The visit is the product. Any repair is a separate quote.

  • Priced per roof, same crew each year

    Maintenance plan

Gutter clean, moss treat, and a recote when the coat is actually due — not every year by habit. History stays with one crew, so next year’s note starts from last year’s photos.

  • Paid write-up, separate from the repair

    Insurance report

Photos, scope and an itemised number a claims desk can read. You handle the excess. The report is not a promise the insurer will pay.

    Quoting visit

Wellington, Manawatū, Horowhenua and the Wairarapa. Travel outside that is a line on the quote, not a surprise on the day. Deposit is 50% to order materials and lock the date.

    Workmanship

On the work we did, not on a roof we only looked at. Materials follow the manufacturer’s warranty. You get the wording with the invoice, not a verbal at handover.
